Seems to work ok , it's been like that for years . More aesthetically challenging mostly .

Here's a double-broken chainstays i functionally fixed a while back - cinelli gazetta.

Surprised it broke, it was only a few years old.

Cannondale - they did provide the owner with a warranty replacement,
although it was bsa/thru axle frame, whereas his old frame was PF/qr

that doesn't seem the best welding finish on a Cannondale, is this one of the frames made in Taiwan ???
