94 Fat Ti

Retrobike Rider
We've recently had a Matt, Dave and Rick's Fat Ti's up here so I thought I ought to put mine up.

It's a 94 Somerville frame that was supplied new by Bromley Bike Co and when I bought it a couple of years ago from the original owner it came with it's original bill of sale.

As with all my bikes, it gets regularly ridden and is an absolute joy

Wheels - NOS turquoise Chris King Hubs on ceramic DT Swiss rims
Tyres - currently re-issue Ritchey Z Max

When I picked up the bike it was running M950 brakes, shifters and rear mech, different wheels, a Sella Turbo saddle, and flat Easton bars. The Ti Groovy Luv Handles are a very comfortable bar and always draw comment due to being that bit different and I think they go with the overall flow of the bike.

The top tube sticker still makes me smile in that "school boy" manner, and there was originally one on the chain stay as well but it was all but destroyed so I removed the last remnants. I will eventually get a new pair made as I have never seen another Ti with them on.

All my Fats are great bikes, but this one is very near the top of the pile.
