Oh, and it's bright polished too...

What size?

Are shocks absolutely necessary? I feel that anything other than titanium would detract from what you have on your hands. All the bright colours would overpower the frame, and any of the "metal" finishes might tend to clash... My humble suggestion is more along these lines:

Yeah, but I’m thinking stylish and shiny, not covered in coloured logos

Perhaps something along the lines of a Marzocchi, perhaps?

That’s my cup of tea....XC600 or XC700. What’s more fitting date wise?
(also the first brand of shocks that CB used...)

Re: 1995 Claud Butler Titanius #F4100632

Ugh. Marzocchi reused the RC name in 2008, making this search all the more difficult. It seems that the RC series predates the Z1 Bomber, which was released to the public in 1997. I believe the 600 series is the 90's model, it's the one I linked above. Most of the search results for RC700 seem to be the 2008 model.

If you can find a steerer, I have a set of gold XC600 sitting here for not too much.

Cheers LGF, but if I do go down the Marzocchi route, I think I’d go silver to match the rear triangle...
