Wanted 1-1/4" silver threaded headset and Ritchey brake levers for Cannondale M2000 rebuild

Hi. After my Almega DX 1991, and my Rocky Mountain Alttitude 1995 ( and a teoretical Biketech Ti proto 199?), I was trapped again for an old bike. This time a frame from Daniel (DE). When I saw catalogs in early 90's, I was in love with M Competition 3.0 polished welds. This is a 1992 If i'm not wrong.
I've more or less everything but I still need these items.

- A hard to find 1-1/4" threaded headset.
- A pair of brake levers from Ritchey.

It's a pitty the frame come with no Pepperoni fork. But after thinking a bit, I've a nice Manitou 1 in 1-1/4" that can suit very well. What's your opinion?
