The weight has dropped to 11.03kg/24.32lbs
The new shorter stem seems to do just what I wanted it to do, put my backside squarely on the saddle, unlike the longer one which meant I was riding perched on the nose of the saddle :shock:
The KHS is almost back to full catalogue spec now, with some period correct parts (wheelset) and modern consumable parts (tyres, chain, cassette, grips..)
