They do but the arrows on the actuals pads indicate otherwise :?
 
I have a feeling (but may well be wrong) that because they mount on the rear of the fork then the pads should be the way you have them Gio. I think they should be the same as the rear as the wheel is pushing them towards the bosses and not away from like a traditional front brake mounting.

To my mind, as the wheel rotates, the back part of the pad will be pushed/pulled into the rim by the rotation of the rim. If the longer part of the pad is to the front then the rotation will be pushing it away from the rim and defeat the object of the longer pad length???
