well, after three and a half years she's nearly done. Really happy with the way she's turned out. Almost identical to Justin's bike which gave me the inspiration. Only thing I still need to find is the two chain rings and its done.

I've still got to tweak the cables and gears

No idea yet. I've still got to tinker with the cables and sort them out, then I'll go for a ride.

The wheels are so nice. Thorr rims on Record hubs and a record cassette

Truly a thing of beauty, congrats on the completion.

Just one thing that's niggling me... The front XTR blocks may be fitted the wrong way round (unless Justin's were also facing that way in which case it's totally legit )
