Cultures are not equal.
Languages are not equal.
People are not equal (everyone has different values).

I suspect that you may be using an unsuitable definition of "equal". While I agree that not all people are the same, I think that "equal", with regards to the statements you appear to be disagreeing with, is intended to mean of equivalent value.

So you're going to resort to arguing about semantics, about the definition of 'equal'.🙄
You and I don't even have equivalent DNA.😉

Even so, people can have similar DNA profiles, or even the same DNA, but ultimately, different cultural traits and experiences will over-ride a person's behaviour.

People are arguing here that everyone is the same, everyone should be treated the same and given the exact same opportunities blah blah blah blah blah blah.

I'd go far as to say the exact opposite. That far from everyone being equal, no two people are alike.
Even dogs of the same breed are different from one another.
