Although this is a cargo bike, I felt it better belonged in the sweaty thread because it is so eloquently sums up my town. Sorry for the quality of the picture, I was driving when I saw it
I don't know if you can see the details, but there is a crutch based to the chainstay with what looks like brake or shifter cable outer acting as a hitch. Strapped to that, is a wheelchair full of cardboard, scraps of plywood, some metal bits, and a sleeping bag. There was no steering control over the chair, front wheels are casters, the thing was steering all over the road and into traffic. Dude rode with ruthless abandon, "full send" in traffic, swerving in and out of the bike lane, cutting across the road without a care in the world
