Teflon coated brake cables?

Does anyone remember what brand produced (teflon?) coated brake cable sets? I bought a set around 1996/7 to my Cannondale. The steel wire was coated with yellowish surface. Anyone has that kind of cables, I know it’s a long shot…?

I don't think it was avid flak jackets, they had an outer sleeve, jacket if you will. I can't remember the brand that did them, it's annoying me now.
