Retracting an e-bay bid for a frame

It says PayPal on the listing - if what you say is correct, then he is in the wrong and should sort it out IMHO

You have to accept Paypal on ebay there is no choice. The problem with collection items though is if it's paid via paypal it's very easy for a seller to be scammed. As there would be no proof of delivery the buyer could technically claim non receipt get refunded via paypal and still have the frame they collected

Also you cannot retract a bid in the last 12 hours of the auction though the seller can cancel it
