Polishing weekend

I've always thought I should get a polisher but never got around to it. What did you go for and is it a good Un?

You can get lacquer for polished metal. Save you polishing again and again ;) Spray is best as the brush can leave a very thick coat which usually looks pants
Humbrol or rustins. Though i think the model makers favour Humbrol :?
