Performance TM1000 quick build

I've had most of an M900 group laying around for several years at this point and decide to finally find a frame for it. Being a ti nerd/historian, I wanted something a little unusual. I grabbed the TM1000 when it came up on eBay because it's a little scarce, I like ti monostay bikes, and the decals are fun. At this point I think it's a cool historical piece too, as one of the first relatively inexpensive Chinese ti frames to be imported. The welds are a little ugly, which I think ads character, especially given the often boring neatness of today's Chinese frames.
My aim for this build was to make something that a road racer might have assembled in approximately '94 in order to see if they liked off-road riding. Which is to say, it had to be in somewhat bad taste. The homage tires are pretty silly but work with the look. I will not comment on the handlebar other than to say somebody would have thought it was a good idea.
I've still got to thread down and cut the steer tube (or trade with someone?) and find an interesting quill stem...
Also I think the seals on the fork might not be holding air well :/
