Offroad Master 1989

Re:

These early offroads weren't common BiTD so these are increasingly rare.

I was luckily enough to stumble on this near mint 89 ProAM last year.

Re:

Wow! Holy thread resurrection! It's been a few years, wonder how the Offroad Master is getting on?

Re:

Resurrecting this thread once again! It seems to be the only information I can find on these bikes. Are the Offroad masters quite rare? Cant find specification or anything online. A guy is selling one locally that has just come out of storage, looks from first impressions to be immaculate condition. Only a single photo on the ad so not getting my hopes up just yet but viewing tomorrow morning, but seems a bit of a deal.

Re:

Found some more info on another re-build thread. Were they relatively good parts from new? Doesn't look like this will have been upgraded at all so hoping the original parts were quality...

Re:

Bought this today. Obviously the awful stem extension needs removing but the guy I bought it off said he's had it 26 years and it's covered about 10miles. And he's just had it serviced pre sale. Merry Christmas to me!
