nearly finished

thanks for the comments guys yes the green was a nice colour and one day probably in summer when the wife has forgot how much its cost then i think it will return back to that colour or as near as i can get
i havn't done this as a money making scheme i just really fancied building one that i can use
and as for the mech post thats sitting on my shelf for two reasons
1,frame looks better without it (only needed if using a top mount mech)
2,i have a part with the original colour so i can match it

KONA paint...

If it is it's a damn fine one... Looks more like a proper automotive base coat clear coat to me, though the phrase "that I had in my garage" does make me wonder...

Nice job!

thanks the paints are halfords finest vauxhall bright copper and a can i had made up of vauxhall magic grey on the rear topped off with plenty coats of lacquer the forks and stays are paint i got from B&Q to paint some shelves for the wife white gloss then lacquer (thats a job i've got out of) i used to buy and sell a few cars and along the way i have a collection of odd cans all the rattle variety but i am pleased with the finish and the decals finish it nicely
