I'm going with the Ritchey WCS Z Max Premonition tires since the stock rims are Ritchey Rock 440. Kind of why the grips and saddle too - everything is either stock Marin or aftermarket Ritchey.
Ok, change that.
Found Ritchey Z Max Evolution tires that are even less money, about half.
The bike will never get ridden the way it was intended so tires are more for looks.
Plus I have 2 other bikes that need cash too, so saving here helps out there.
