Definitely go with professional packing. I used them between UK and Singapore (and back). The climate changes etc can make things sweat into the container - moisture control is important. Likewise experienced packers will take measures against movement etc.

Also, turn's out most place's won't insure if it's not packed by the pro's so that's the best way to go. This shipping container's take a battering on the salty sea's as well so best to leave it to those who know what they're doing
