Motorcyclist hits cyclist, then blames the cyclist.

That wouldn't surprise me at all.

And to think everyone believed Hitler perished during the allied invasion.

Godwin means threadlock time!

Regardless the unwise use of mobile while cycling, there was no 'incident' until the motorcyclist deliberately used violence. The motorcyclist forming his opinion of the cyclist's poor conduct does not entitle him to act as vigilante judge, jury and executioner. Yet another person lacking grace and patience in this world.
One can imagine how the motorcyclist would react if the cyclist was his son, the motorcyclist was someone else, and he saw this video. He'd want the motorcyclist's head on a stick.

Re:

For anyone who is still convinced there is some argument to place some blame with the cyclist, take a look at what this motorcyclist has posted in the past..

"I'm going through a compensation scam at the moment. I cyclist claimed I hit them from the rear on the road when they fell on their own in front if me.

As I never collided with this person I left the "scene" I got a letter from the police accusing me of dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

After a few months of stress sorting this out the police went no further as there was no evidence. I thought that it was all over until my insurance company received a letter 7 months later claiming I had collided with this cyclist.

I'm waiting to hear the outcome. This was some young Arab **** in marylebone high street, the guy was on the phone at the time on his push bike." (Edited to remove swearword.)

Now, he posted that over a year ago, but posted the following earlier this year, BEFORE this latest incident...

"I adjusted my right handle bar mirror with the left elbow of a cyclist. Lol!"

Viewing the video again in light of this, and in its full version as now on Liveleak..

I have come to the conclusion there is something rather sinister about this man.
Towards the end of his own edit of the event he comments, "I guess I'll wait for the phone call from my insurance company about the personal injury claim for the cyclist's broken leg."

I hope he gets a little more than that, for example a trip to the courts, and is made an example of.
Who knows what he will do next otherwise, next time he pulls this crap it might be you or me.
