One small ding to the seat tube is the only damage I can find -

Found what could be a maker's mark on the BB between the stays.
There is a Y
and then above it a + -
These marks both appear intentional as apposed to damage from wear and tear.

Lovely project - reckon a nicely restored set of Resilion brakes will look great on this when you find a set.

Whats the plan for the other kit? What cranks/saddle/pedals/wheels etc?

Cranks - Chater Lea fluted
Saddle - B17 or a well worn late 30s/40s French saddle (can't recall the make)
Pedals - Brampton (couple of different pairs)
Wheels - Sturmey Archer 3 /4 speed 26" or Sprint's (looking out for anything)

Frame looks great. How's the fork looking? Wondered if it was a bit far gone for oily rag with the chrome flaking?
Looking forward to seeing it come together.
