I always buys a large roll of bubble wrap from the PO > wrap wheels in this > parcel tape the wheels together > place 2 - 3 bin bags over wheels > parcel tape again > job done

i am fortunate enough to work in a bed shop so tend to have big bed shaped sheets of cardboard. i lay 1 wheel on the cardboard, roll it over, other wheel in, roll over again.
