Just an update, i think this is the same guy as i haven't enquired about any other Koa, he sent some pics to my email, but where it is described as 18.5", he says its actually 18" centre of bb to top of top tube.
Probably in my eyes that makes it about a 20" frame then :cry:
Anyone else confirm this?

If this isn't the same guy i'll edit and remove this post but i'm certain it is, i'm waiting on an email back for a measurement to the top of seat tube.

In my opinion, 18" centre of bb to top of seattube makes it an 18". If I remember right an 18 would have a 130mm headtube and the 20 would have a 150mm headtube. Looks good for £75!

Ah, yes - sorry. Strange way to measure a frame! But yes, that would make it a 20" then. (must remember to read more carefully)
