I recently bought these but for some reason I’m having a bit of an issue. I can’t seem to remove them from the box and fit them to the bike. Has anyone else encountered such an issue?

Send them over to me. I've been a packaging designer for the past 24 years so should be able to help! I assume photos of them being freed will just suffice and I'll keep hold of the grips as a favour?!
