Keith Coppell - With a modern twist

Re:

Finally, the rain has stopped... but not the wind.

Anyway, got the chance for a 20 mile shakedown ride, which went perfectly until I kicked a bit hard overtaking a stream of slow traffic and a tractor, when the back wheel slipped a little. A few minutes to tighten the skewer a bit and we were off again... and the tractor still hadn't caught up.

Well used bike, and a well used cafe.

Up on Roman Road, as you can see, it's a bit of a climb.

Brent Knoll is the bump you can see to the right. Further off, to the left and just out of shot is Glastonbury Tor.

KC rides really well, it's nippy, climbs a lot better than me, is sure footed and the 531 toobz keep the worst of the road buzz at bay.

I have a little seat tweeking to do, but other than that, it all went like clockwork.

Re:

I'd delete those pics quickly if I were you Neil.
Or you'll have the pointing up saddle police hunting you down!
Looks nice I think, As does the area you were riding in !

Re:

I am genuinely surprised I have not had the saddle Police on already.

I was just going to point them at any one of Spokesman's (wonderful) builds and tell them to Get Bent!

;) What's up with the saddle angle?

Nice build indeed.
Well, nothing according to my behind.

But in reality I think the seat post needs to go down about 5 to 10mm, the saddle levelled off a bit and the whole thing tightened.

Thank you, I am pleased with it, as it rides a treat.

I like the look of the turbos. Not seen a bike they don't suit
