ignore ground source unless you are going to be in the place for ages! Installation costs are properly eye watering. Where we are you will be looking at the thick end of 10 grand to have the borehole drilled. Then the same again for the hardware and installation. Plus it's a low temp system so you might need new radiators. (We will have to replace all ours eventually) Planning can be a Bugger in much of the UK too.

Even the shallow pipe version isn't much cheaper! Might save you a couple of grand, plus you need loads of land.

Possibly I am missing something here but isn't the more important question "Is there room to properly display and wrench on your bikes"? The rest is just a work around.
