That's a 21" they just go up by .5 of an inch for each size increment.

I'm guessing it's a 20" (or larger?).

The owner just got back to me and said it's 24 1/4" TTL on the level.

Have I missed something? :?

If your in contact with the seller and you want the size why not just get him/her to measure C-T on the seat tube?
