Thias... have you managed to document how to fully strip and rebuild the FOX air shock? is it easy enough to do. As I agree I would love to service the damper oil

Well, I have taken them apart completely. And reassembeled. But I am missing new rubbers.
I did not do a documentation - yet. But I am working on it. I have a few pictures here: http://fotos.mtb-news.de/s/59257?page=4
And there is a guide on the interwebs somewhere. I'll post a link.
I think its totally doable - if you have the spare "rubber". O-rings and so on. I haven't. :roll: But I am working on the sizes. They are on paper already and I will try to order those, try them out and then write them into my documentation in the wiki. Shouldnt be a problem to get most of the quad-rings and o-rings. But I dont think the wiper seal will be available. But that one is not necessary for the shock to function...

Lovely build gotta love the early specialized bikes I had a grey stunt jumper one my brother bought back before they were even in uk it was stolen about a year after (when they did start to arrive)
