MacRetro Rider
MacRetro as you may have guessed are not taking part in the national series this year. We figured that due to our geographical distance from the centres of retrobike population and our desire to go riding even further away than that, that attendances by those outwith of Scotland might be non existent. Thus not wanting to occupy a slot in the national series that might be better used we have pulled out. However we do have some great places to ride and as Drumlanrig castle, the site of a previous well attended national, is located in Southern Scotland and is retro bike friendly we thought another meet there might be nice. So if you want to join the MacRetro clan for a spot of off road cycling on an old bike please feel free to join us on the below detailed ride:-

Hello everyone in Retrobike land, the MacRetro Area Group would like you all to attend a Gathering of retrobikes on the wonderful rooty trails of Drumlanrig Castle near Dumfries for riding our old but classic mountain bikes, engaging in cheery banter and who knows even trading useful bits and bobs.
