Any chance of change for the better disappears with a no vote. The promises of more powers, more decision-making, from all the Westminster parties will be watered doon like a pish in a swimming-pool. There's a UK election next year, there will be Tories in power in London of whichever of the 2 main parties, Labour are just Tory Lite.

further to that, ukip haven't signed up to any false promise so when they're in the coalition gov' there's even less change of recent devo lies standing up
