It just needs a bit of a polish after.....it won't be cheap as most of the work is in the frame prep, plating is just putting it in the tank.
I get my motorcycle bits done at rschrome, mark is helpful and knows his stuff.

One company, years ago, did " slightly dissolve " a set of carb lifters for me. So it can be tricky.

This frame and fork cost me $100 USD to be blasted and coated. Like you I could find no one that would nickel plate a bicycle frame.
