Did this bike up a few years ago now using parts from all sorts of years, but recently fancied the nearly proper retro look, with the exception of cassette, pedals, saddle, bars and stem. Very pleased with it 8)

XTR M950/1/2 brakes, mechs, levers, shifters.
Bologna lite's
Mavic 618's on M950 hubs with Panaracer Pasela tyres
Syncros compact drive crank polished to within an inch of its life with Middleburn hardcoat rings (Almost XTR grey which was a bonus)

Nah I had stickers before and its such a pain keeping it shiny.
I kinda like it, looks simple, like me :facepalm:

It can be A pain polishing around graphics can't it? The clean look I reckon is often better anyway

Also I find that the zaskar top tube graphics not being lacquered over means that the black ink rubs off on my Levi's :roll:
