top tube needs to be 53/54cm seat tube who cares compact or gate i need to get fitter to make getting back in the forces easier so anyone got an 8/9spd sora/tiagra training bike cheapish not a colnargo im no where near that rich or parts to uild one i have a frame forks and headset stem and bars id only need a groupset and wheels but hoping the nice people here could help me please
