Woodbury Common and Quantocks circa 1991

A couple of pics from the Woodbury Common series in 1991 (I think). One with me wearing some fetching hot pink Ridgeback shorts! I know the third one is a poor picture but wanted to include it as it's the same chap on the Overbury's in team kit pictured in the Malverns thread here viewtopic.php?t=183617&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 Is it someone on here?

These are from the first (I think) of the 90's Quantocks races. Can't remember the name of the race, possibilities include Quest, Quiver, Cracker or Pedaler :?
I was sporting bars so ridiculously narrow I don't know how I stayed on the bike (most of the time) :facepalm: Every third or fourth bike seemed to be an Orange around that time, in Somerset at least.

I know it's an old thread but I just stumbled upon these pics which I'm sure are from Woodbury. Hope they bring back some good memories

First up me on my Explosif which must have been 1990??

Next up is my old man, in the same race I would think, on his Attitude. Spot what's wrong in this pic to win no prizes :facepalm:

I was only 14 then :shock: It's a weird shot, looks like I'm flying through the air but I can't see how.
I used to love Woodbury. My fathers nickname for me was Bod and I remember one race he managed to get the entire start line of riders chanting Bod, Bod, Bod, Bod...
I've some other pics knocking about somewhere. If I find them is there an old pictures topic somewhere?

In the meantime just found this one...
