I know I want my next "retrobike" to have wishbone seatstays, and the obvious choice (to me) would be an Orange P7 or Clockwork, but the prices they go for seem a little out of whack with what I think they're worth (rightly or wrongly). What other classic wishbone wonders should I consider? Raleigh Dynatech or M-Trax, and Muddy Fox are contenders, but what am I missing from my list? Fill me in, oh great well of retro bike knowledge...

That's very pretty and not one previously considered. Wishbone stays just look elegant, do they not?

100% agree with you. Just picked up a rock lobster as well as that has a nice wishbone too. They are always great for the money they go for too.

If you budget permits, a bontrager would also fit the bill.

( edit ) just remembered  the one i have is slightly to big for Ned
they are nice though im on my second one and would recomend the steel frame over the alloy, and if rock lobster is something to be considered then another option would be the amazon badged frame as shown here >>>>
