Fun reading this. Just rescued one from the local recycling centre…came fully mudguarded, racked and with a saddle with more spring than zebedee. First crack at making it look better….

Seat post is stuck….so repeatedly wd40ing it through the water bottle mount holes and leaving it on its head….no luck so far…

Back when I was 15 I would have killed for a
bike with a full DX group set!
