Which full suss for singlespeed?

Hi, it's a long time since I posted here, but I need some advice....
I'm just back from a 30 mile Friday bimble around the Surrey hills on my Dean singlespeed hardtail, and I'm feeling shaken to bits and absolutely •••ked!
Approaching pensionable age, I will soon be moving to the lake district, where the hills are a bit bigger and the trails, I assume, are a bit gnarlier.
So, it crossed my mind that a full suss singlespeed may be called for, but which one? I have a rohloff tensioner but would prefer a constant chain length, although the rohloff may be necessary if no suitable frames can be found.
Then I thought, maybe, a thudbuster post might be the answer. They've been around since before the dawn of time, but are they any good?
Any suggestions of frames gratefully received, and comments about thudbusters.
Ta.

A dropper post is a lot more effective than a thudbuster.

Hardtail singlespeed with dropper is popular - much more so than s/s fullsus.

If you've got a dedicated frame though? Kona did one helpfully called the A.
Probably before google became popular🤣

If you want to run singlespeed full sus without a tensioner then you need a design that doesn't change the distance between bottom bracket and rear hub. This typically means a URT design. Trek Y22 perhaps?
