Apparently in a recent poll 70% of UK drivers thought that they were above average.
This means that some 20% are totally unaware of their own incompetence

I think you mean thirty percent  even more scary (70+30=100)

Wasn't that part of the joke

Being a non driver and therefore no real right to add anything.I think i shall, mainly as i've been a passenger for years and possibly a better judge of driving etiquette.
Somebody jumps the queue and tries to force themselves in then tough luck to them, and dont let them in,tighten up to the car in front. This appears to be standard behaviour.

Have i got this right :?

PS
Agree with rojo, some words though innocuous to you can be extremely offensive to others,so best choose those words carefully :? .

You would make an excellent driver  welcome to the clique :D

Toss a coin for queue jumpers these days.. depends on how far depleted the meds are in my system

In younger days, depending on my car at the time.. I would usually make them wait.

If someone want's to drive like a ----- :? (do not know what word to use :?: )Then let them be responsible for there own actions I say :!:
I also think that there is a bit of a clique on here
As some people who post on the >1997 forum will ignore postings from certain people as if they do not exist  But we are all part of a clique by being affiliated to a club/site anyway

My bikes don't get many comments. . .but I don't care

I just use it as a guide as to whether they're any good. Not many comments?? That's cool.. bike must be crap, strip it down and buy something else

Why?

If you like it, what do you care what others think?

Is it only ever any good if it's had group approval, and crap otherwise?

There was a thread a while back, where somebody posted a similar thing, about tastes being learnt, where bikes were concerned, and a developed appreciation - sounds like contrived nads to me.
