Opinion only but I'd rather ditch all signatures and just make people clearly title their bike builds in the relevant part of the forum.

Just to add
When you hit Reply/Post under the Emoticons section or to the left of the signature entry box in profile you'll see some Options

e.g.
HTML is OFF
BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON

You'll see BBCode is blue and a link to
http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/faq.php?mode=bbcode
tells you how to do all sorts of stuff.
