What other stuff do people collect?

i actually have a decent collection of die cast LLEDO 'Days Gone' cars, Burago cars. all in their boxes.....my dad started me off by bringing them back from his trips out to the far east with work :)
i do get them out every so often for nostalgia's sake :)
was a little obsessed with all the working parts like doors, steering, boots, suspension....still am a bit :P

Books, Aerospace magazines, souvenirs from places, tons and tons of images taken by me and saved from the internet (mostly planes and military stuff). Used to (who hasn't?) collect empty packs of cigarettes.

I used to collect loads and then realised I had become a hoarder, so am now doing my best to down size massively to the point I have it in my mind everything I own should fit into the back of my Clio.

Got to get rid of that sodding motorbike I restored but never used.

Torches, lots and lots of high power LED torches. Never use a single one but I like to sit and fiddle with a lump of titanium while watching the telly

I'm a radio amateur and a while ago got into collecting and restoring early CB radios. I've recently sold a few and made a tasty profit as some are very collectible now, but I've still got 18 or 20.

I also collect old Psion organisers and accessories, though lately I've cut right back and become more of a trader than a collector. Prices are up and were too tempting not to move screw on to fund the acquisition of some more.

Thats really interesting, do you know anything about cambridge z88's? I have (maybe had) a drawer full of them in storage at my folks house... is there any market for them. (lots of roms programmers and books too)

There has to be some kind of market, there's someone still selling them brand new!

They're fantastic machines, were miles ahead of their time. I'd love to have a use for one, but haven't quite managed to think of one yet :-)
