I had a nightmare with them today was on phone for at least an hour and half they was attempting to bill me for 2 months in advance as i moved house and was classed as a new customer told them that when i told them that no one else classed me as a new customer cause i moved house and that unless they sorted it out i would be taking my 10 years as a customer in previous house and cancelling all my services low and behold a manager calls me back to sort isse out
love what they offer but Customer service is like and episode of the muppets
