Pref in poor cosmetic condition to save cash. No cracks or major dings..
Half decent sus forks would be considered a bonus.

how about this?

V brake specific stripped steel frame ready to paint or leave bare, make unknown but it's nice, doesn't seem to rust & looks like ti! 18" c-c, 20" centre to top of extended seat tube. Forks & front wheel sold but everything else available or could strip to just frame - want £40 for frame only collected & could meet at Exeter or Tiverton services.
