Unidentified Tange Prestige Frame - Help Needed

Merlin cycles in the UK used to sell these I'm sure, tange prestige nickel finish ................ and they had ritchey dropouts too, saying that tho, they also did an infinity version, they were just imported mass production frames probably with only tange prestige maintubes at best.

I bought the frame in Germany and Wheeler were quite big back in the day here so it could be a wheeler ?

It's not a generic frame made by sandvik I think???
Saw some under the original kinesis name.
My mate still has one hanging in his shop, and 1994 would tally about right.
