twin disc's up-front............updated 13/06/2010

Okay boys,

I have a CHE set, brand new never ever used. If i can and get time i will open it up and take what ever photos and measurements you want.

You have to think, the non drive side thats used for the disc calliper mounts different as to the drive side!

Bear that in mind!

i have 2 cable calipers that will work , but but the pictures by all means :D cheers

I think what Pete was meaning is that most capilers are single sided and so not suitable for this set up as you'd have to run one upside down, but you seem to have 2 symetrical ones rather than identical so you should be fine.

If you decide that the lever you have is gash then you can always use one of these (or a cheaper version from most tandem shops) and then use a quality lever:

started the first +20mm mount today , got as far as the 2 plates so i'll weld them tomorow :D

the plan is to fit the 180mm disc to the hub and hold the caliper in it's position then tack it .....

when it's done i'll flip the wheel round and do the other side....... then it's just a case of tidying them up and paint :D :D :D
