I would have put the < and > on the shoulder blade area to accommodate backpacks & such

This gets invented every five years or so.

I don't think they work. The arrows are too close together.

Hate to be a downer when it comes to an instructable, but there you go.

Kind of thing I wish I'd done for my school CDT project - would have been great fun (although my motion sensitive bike alarm was pretty natty)

I think on the cuff, or even glove is better - that's where drivers are expecting to look
