A sneak day off work
A sneaky day in the booth

really happy with how this new flip paint has turned out, It’s not a typical retro paint job maybe but it’s definitely different 🤩 I absolutely love it 🥰

What happened to the Hawaiian graphics?

What happened to the Hawaiian graphics?
Tbh I regret not doing them! When the paint first went on I thought the black Hawaiian Graphics would be too much, so I went with the normal ones and again it just dint quite work with jet black decals, so I gave the frame a coat of the flip paint to soften the graphics and blend them in more! This was an experiment as I have never done this before and when it worked I was obviously happy but also thought bugger as the Hawaiian graphics would have looked even better, I’m really happy with it still 🤔😉

Strip it and do it again 🤣🤣🤣😎

This is gonna be an awesome build, the paint looks the business. I'm curious to see it all built up, wondering how modern you'll set it up outside of fork and wheels. Maybe a dropper post and 780mm bars?

Thank you
This is a mystery to me too 😆 parts of me want to do a modern 1x set up and maybe a bit of a weight weenie! But I do want it to look retro still
