Tonight it started snowing in the city. Right now, it´s still too warm, so it´s just wet and muddy...
Good thing that I just winterized the Wannabe Gravel Grinder.

Sunny, but still a bit chilly! A very chilled 2h ride off the road. Mud bad and only going to get worse! But great to be out.

Perfect weather for a ride today. 20 degrees and no wind.

Could have sworn I posted after today's ride but it's not here so don't know what I did there.

Anyway, we've had two days of 'damaging winds' and today was still pretty breezy but really felt the need to get out so chose the Jake as it had been subject to a bit of tinkering to improve indexing and tighten up the cones on the front wheel.



It was nice and sunny (about 24C) and the roads were quiet, so was able to tool around some of the gravel farm roads not far from here. Lots of pretty Angus calves capering about in the paddocks by the road but no significant wildlife sightings to report. Overall, a nice, relaxing ride, no dramas, and not another cyclist to be seen. (Could do with a few more of those tbh.)
