Jo attempts to revive Bob.
Been slacking on the ride reports for the fact they haven't been that interesting and mostly quick 15/20 mile loops due to time/life constraints. With them being that short I found I've been putting more effort in on those rides and inadvertently ended up doing borderline interval training. Out the door 5:15AM this morning to get as much in as possible.
Accidental intervals paid off, managed to knock a significant chunk off my previous 100km PR. Obviously it's not always all about the numbers but it's certainly nice to see significant improvements!

Up Fiddler's Elbow.. the very worst climb (even by Peak District standards) at the end of a long ride..
