As for the lack of the view, the road does not take you all the way to the top, and as there is nowhere to leave the bike, we just follow the road

I should have posted these here, rather than the singlespeed thread I suppose.

A rare nice day in the "grim North", so I had to fit a ride in - just a climb up from my village through forestry to around 1000ft, a play round in some very boggy and tight tracks in Tholt-y-Will and then a descent into The Port and home.
Only a bit under 1.5 hrs but good all the same. Perfect bike for the job too - it always is....
