Today's Ride

That Honda's been parked a few blocks from my home. Been sitting there for weeks so I finally had to stop and take a picture on my last ride. Yesterday, of course, it was gone... so no idea regarding displacement.

Today 115 km off to a nature reserv. With runestones and viking ships. The runes are 1000 years old. That's retro I guess... not sure about the boat though, but it did look quite old...

Looks like a 70's CB500 or CB550-cool old bike! Today-Sunday-Overcast skies and 70 F.-Up 800' or so to a fav. trail to the West today...

OMG! How did you climb that hill w/o a seat? :shock:

Today another 105 up north along the water front and then back home through the BJ nature reserve (ol Warwick's favorite ridin area).

Why the sky's so much bluer and higher like there's no end to it over in Americas? Over here, even on a good day, it looks the color of television tuned to a dead channel in comparison. Well, at least it does today...

Very cool, top of Ventoux, an epic climb Today-Saturday-A climb up to the West about 900' to Tamarancho-lotsa people out on bikes today-it's nice to see the fire danger sign lowered slightly from our recent light rain-it also tamped down the dust quite nicely-about 75 F. and sunny...

Today-Tuesday-A fine day for a ride to SF Bay and back, about 70 F. this morning. Got Charlie Kelly's book from him yesterday, and it is really good! I recommend it to anyone interested in the early days of mountain biking-great pictures...
