Well I was the 'winner' (couldn't resist at that price!) and have paid already via Paypal.

Seller has been in touch to say that I should not have bid or paid (a bit snottily I thought), that he will refund the payment once he knows how to do so and that he informed eBay earlier this morning and they were fine with it. All seems most odd as one minute it had a BIN and the next minute it didn't.

Quite fancy it for £385 plus postage though.........
