Aaah😍

Lovely. It is early I think possibly earliest very late 80s even? Built like it was a steel frame of the period so still in exploration mode and standards.

Lynsky period I think.

Basically, anything retro Ti for MTB at least you can count on just a little bit more than one hand. There's the usual known suspects at it regardless of brand especially in the USA. Elsewhere is a bit harder to track down but IMHO we are dealing with about 2 common far East producers for most MTBs and at least 3 or 4 more for road bikes and the odd MTB in Eurolandia,

Hell while we are in this great thread:

Someone more qualified is well more capable than myself to describe very very early Ti road bikes built in the UK to supplement and ensure we don't go completely off dreamland here and also keep to some historical facts. The hangover experience I would argue resulted in the Raleigh Torus and some cut-price derivatives of in what was then a very competitive market.

Sorry no close up details. Pictures gone with multiple computer changes.

All I will say it was perfect welding. I mean perfect. Top to bottom. The finish also perfect. Russian built. From an early Swedish internet start-up importing. Site is is well gone now, but it did make it's little mark.

The most scary fork I ever owned. But an absolute joy in some terrain. If any one here got experience of the Pace RC31 and how it rides, and how you see the front wheel go back and forth, all I can say with this one you just kept shitting your pants even after the corner apex and had to switch your mind and eyes totally off watching it. At 570 grams actual. Go figure. Let me repeat that. 570 grams actual.

Now I'm older and much more sedate, damn I regret selling these now some 13 years ago; probably a 1 / 10000000000 chance to find another.

Magmaa for the record. And very very retro 26". Short a-c. Perfect for some early Retro Ti frame.

And some of you guys will go on about rare Kona Ti forks and want to pay the price .... ;)
